These units come folded up and once on site fold out to be approximately 36m2. We are currently sold out of these. Due to the weights we cannot carry these on our tilt trailers and so delivery is not included. These can be ordered but is around a 4 month turnaround to have them built and shipped to Nelson. Cost price on these was around $40,000 ex yard but due to significant changes in shipping rates we do not have a fixed price on these at this time.

We had a one and a two bedroom unit, difference being in the smaller additional bedroom wall and door. They both have kitchen and bathroom, lights, power points and will come with an electrical warrant of fitness.. Double glazed and with a very strong and attractive vertical slat look cladding. There is also a step and entrance door canopy to go on once on site.

While compact these provide enough room for sleeping, eating and relaxing and have a generous kitchen area, with space for a small table and lounge area. Floor plan shown difference between one bedroom and two bedroom is the additional wall and door to the smaller of the two bedrooms
