The bigger shower toilet units have a flush toilet, curved shower door with both adjustable/hand held and overhead rain type shower heads, a sink with vanity and mirror, window, extractor fan, light and a power point. Comes with an electrical warrant. Pretty impressive for what you pay, and likely a lot cheaper than trying to build something!

One option to discharge is you can get a little macerator pump box on Trademe that can pump quite some distance through a flexible caravan type hose to where you need it to go.

These side by side units have a little sink in the toilet area, light and extractor fan in both the toilet and shower area as well as a power point in the toilet area. Inside these have the same marble look walls linings. The could be a good option for what you need for a bach or worksite. Its a bit hard to get good photos in small spaces but we have more photos of these so please ask.
